What type of seafood we are selling?

Currently we are carrying Fresh River fish directly from our farm located in Kuala Kangsar, Sungai Perak and we have a unique system to rear those river fishes. Hence, our river fish do not taste muddiness and its meat is springy and sweet.

How does delivery work?

All our deliveries are carried out by our appointed third party logistic company. Delivery times are subject to change due to traffic, weather conditions & any other unforeseen circumstances. Please be patient as these conditions are out of the control of the appointed third party logistic company.

How is your seafood packaged?

All of our seafood is packaged in a Styrofoam box which has the best insulation followed by some dry ice to ensure it arrives in an excellent condition.

How much is the freight charges?

The delivery to your doorstep is RM15.00 for the Klang Valley location. However, we are currently only offer free shipping on orders that are RM200.00 or more.

When do I need to place my order?

As long as you place your order by 2:00p.m EST, it can arrive to your doorstep by the next business day. We only ship order Monday to Saturday. Free free to leave special instruction if you have a specific date that the order must arrive by. You can select the future date as well.

When is the latest time I can order for the weekend?

We ship all order on Monday to Saturday. As long as the order is in by Friday at 2:00p.m EST, we can ship out on Saturday.

How do we know your product will be fresh?

We only ship the freshest and highest quality product. We want you to repeat your orders so we make sure our quality is number 1. Our experienced team here has been in the fishing industry for over 20 years and they have a keen eye on quality.

What should I do when I receive my order?

As soon as the delivery man drops off your order, we recommend you check it for quality and accuracy and then put it in the fridge & /or freezer immediately depending on it if is fresh or frozen. We do pack with dry ice to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

What if I am not home at the time of delivery?

We do recommend trying to be home for time of delivery. The third party delivery man will call you to make sure you are there to pick up the product. However, the delivery man is instructed to leave your order at door step if no one is home. Since we are dealing with perishables, we do recommend being home so you can put the product in the fridge &/or freezer right way.
