We pride ourselves in only selling premium sea food & river fish that must pass our strict quality control. Our satisfaction can only be derived from fulfilling our customers’ needs and requirements. At the time of delivery if you feel that the seafood & river fish delivered to you is not fresh and not completely satisfied, please contact us at our customer satisfaction department within 24 hours of delivery. When appropriate, we will make necessary arrangement to replace your order & return that product or refund your money, depending on the circumstances.

We guarantee all of our orders in order to reassure you.

Please make sure to be at your home or work place upon delivery because if the delivery missed or left at your doorstep, you will still be responsible for the charges and no refund will be issued.
